Aone Entertainment was founded in 2001 while Darrick was the international touring DJ for Kool Keith. Tour circuits in Australia, Taiwan, Japan, China, Thailand and Europe. He was the talent booker for notables including Naughty by Nature, KRS 1, Lil Wayne and Ciara. Aone handled the digital media campaign for the movie, 'Meet the Blacks.' Contracted to handle all .digital social and IT services for Hidden Empire Film Group and all of their associated films.

Aone Entertainment becomes Aone Creative. Engaged by private equity and philanthropic titan, Robert F. Smith and Dr. Henry Louis Gates Jr. to develop the digital spaces for the series, 'Black History in Two Minutes.' Social influencer marketing campaign for Sony Screen Gems 2019 releases of 'The Intruder' and 'Black and Blue' and HEFG marketing of 'Fatale' (2020) Digital media campaign director and Associate Producer for 'The House Next Door; Meet the Blacks 2' (2021) Lead collaboration strike force of 'Be Woke, Vote' and Michael Bloomberg's Hawkfish in support of the campaign by BlackPAC. Founded On Chain Innovations making the pivot to the integration of blockchain technologies to ease various points of friction between the studio, the filmmaker, the talent and the audience.
